Cheating on a diet

I want to know .. if i cheated on my diet, what is the best thing to do in order to decrease the effect of the cheating meal? I mean something like "running for a specific time or not eating for a while .."
Anyone has any idea?

I would recommend not getting too distracted about it, and just going back to your diet plans and carry on normally.

You could try to work out a few extra minutes each day, but trying to cancel out an entire cheat meal (or day) is a tough project. Better to just consider it a normal part of the process and carry on with consistency.

I believe you're right, I got confused and ashamed doing so.
Like I have wasted all what I have been doing you know!

haha yeah i know. i am the type to just go crazy eating junk if i eat one bad thing like "whatever the day is shot anyway" but yeah it takes some practice to ignore that thinking but it's all progress, just sometimes it's mental progress, by learning your behaviors abs how to change them, instead of physical.
