Nutrition plan help please

So im back at it looking for help. Im starting to workout again and got good tips from a person on here im following nicole. But i need nutrition stuff as well im having a hard time with, i dont sleep much with ptsd and sleep apnea and not much motivation. But i need to workout more lose weight and flatten my stomache and weight on thighs and legs than work up 6 pack again like back in day and muscle. I know nutrition is a big part but im not great at "planning" my meals. I need to figure some plans that dont include avacado or fish. Ajy help will work thank you.

I don't see you using the app for actual training. Are you actually working out? This app is one of the greatest organizing fitness tools, from workouts to programs to Personal Trainers. it's all here, so use it. PTSD can be quite an interference with your quest for better health, as is the consequential sleep deprivation. It is literally impossible to draw up a proper nutrition program for someone without knowing their details and should be done by a professional nutritionist.. I strongly recommend getting in touch with one of the skimble trainer/nutritionists on here. If not here, then someone...
