How do you meal prep? How many meals do you make?

I generally prep my smoothies, fruit bowls, snack, lunch and dinner for 2-3 days at a time. I start by cooking my meat then cook my veggies. I put them together in glass containers then prep my salads. I then cut up my fruit for smoothies and fruit cups. Then wrap it up by packing snacks (usually snacks or Trail mix).

Are you asking just because you're curious how people here do it, it are you asking because you want to know how?

Personally, I don't really meal prep the way I know fitness ppl mean it, I just keep my regular supplies on hand and pack a simple combination of ready to eat things like veggies, fruit, nuts, and protein shakes for when I go to work.

But if you need to know how, I would suggest googling "how to meal prep for a week" and looking at a few of the top results. There are some good articles and videos in there.
