What are some ways of getting calcium other than milk?

I dont drink regulare milk can i just drink almond vanilla milk or what else ?

Almond milk, coconut milk, but it's not sufficient, try to also consume bone broth, green leafy vegetables (kale, collard greens, broccoli), seafood, figs, beans, black molasses, protein and vegetables as part of a your diet. One more thing: most of us make the mistake to focus on calcium intake but are not aware of the importance of Vit D and Magnesium intake in conjunction, in order for our body to properly absorb the calcium. Vit D converts calcium in its absorptive form to keep the calcium in the bones not in the blood stream (as does Vit K).

If you're worried about not getting enough from food, it may be best to take a calcium supplement.

Hi Bria. SESAME SEEDS have lots of calcium, especially in the form of SESAME TAHINI. Sesame tahini, or just tahini, is like a nut butter, but made with sesame seeds ground into a paste. Or a butter. You can find it in many stores where they sell peanut butter. It can be a bit expensive, but shop around, and TRY to get tahini that is organic and UNsalted. Check the nutritional info on the Internet.
