Question for the people who work till late in the evening too..
What do you eat when you're hungry when you finished work?
'Cause it's late.. but you did burn calories these hours..

I would advise a protein rich meal. I suppose this meal is not long before bed?

It has shown that eating a good portion of protein 20grams + is a good idea before bed. This because it will elevate the amino acid levels in your blood/body. Which is helpful in the process of protein muscle synthesis, the building of muscle. If your work is intense enough with picking things up and stuff. It might even directly help in building muscle.

Thank you dear Rappa!! Hm the intention is to sleep soon after work yea.. but got new work and it's pretty intensive ,-) But thanks for the explainiting!! I'll google some proteit things.. 'cause after work I really have to stimulate myself to eat healthy.. When there happened a lot I can get self-pity and collapse.. :-$

Haha well the self pity part isn't bad. And the meal doesn't have to be really healthy. Just have enough protein. So something with meat, or with dairy are usually good options.

That's not a problem. Just have to make sure you get enough leucine in your meals. Otherwise the proces of muscle recovery and building wont be activated properly. You are vegetarian or worse? :p

Hahaha or worse.. only meat & fish, so can be worser yea ,-)
