Which Indian dishes / foods are rich in protein???

Its best to know if there are any such healthy foods... cant just eat suppliments all the time.

Chicken tikka masala is really good; in eating it right now lol. Saag paneer / palak paneer is also really good for you, but not so much with the protein.

Any type of dish that includes meat. But for something vegetarian, dishes with beans (lentils chickpea, soyabean), anything with nuts, and certain spices are (Fenugreek, methi, venthayam, and menthulu)
