Is anyone following paleo? Do you feel leaner? Cutting weight, and building muscle?
I'm finally losing weight thanks to my ItWorks supplements, and wraps, now I need to tone and strengthen my muscles. I'm an awful "dieter" but paleo is more my style, no portion control bc the food is all good for you. I miss my sweets occasionally, and I have a hard time cutting bread, so I keep it gluten-free and whole grain.. any tricks? Or just advice?
