Anybody else eat Raw?
Hi guys. I have been slowly changing my diet over the past year while working on my fitness as well. I started vegan; a few months later increased it to a gluten-free diet. After reading up on a raw food diet, I have decided to live a high raw food diet (cooking on the weekends). Just wondering if you guys had any ideas on some recipes or tips or just curious on what other people are eating and why?
