Eating habits

I've been consistently going to the gym and working out pretty intensely for the last 3 years. But there are guys who do half as much work in the gym as I do and have put on twice the size and I think it has to do with my diet. I want to put on weight naturally without any supplements but it seems pretty much impossible. Does anyone have suggestions for snack or meals that would help me reach my goal size and weight?

I've heard that before but I just run out of ideas... you can't eat tuna salad forever haha

I've been eating no fattening fried food. More veggies and fruits for snacks. Subway or I make a healthy sandwich for lunch. Dinner is hard but I cook the healthier type of good meals. Like if the recipe calls for butter, I try to get the less fat kind. I also use my steamer. (: it's easy to cook meals and all the nutrition gets locked in
