Juicing daily?

Ive been juicing every morning, & i get a great burst of energy. I was wondering if anyone else does this & what do you use? I use...
2 apples
2 carrots
2 celery stocks
1 kiwi
1/2 inch of ginger
1/2 cucumber
1 lime

It actually has been clearing my skin up also!

Stick with more vegetables because sugar is what it is.  I juice almost every other day with the magic bullet but try to go every other day with the fruits.

I use a juicer because my body doesn't break down the pulp. & i will try more veggies sounds good

I do juice every darn day too!!! :) I try to have two juices a day. In the morning I mostly use fruits and after noon mostly veggies. For the morning I like to do smoothies with strawberries, apple, banana, blueberries, blackberries,  or any other fruit that I can blend with some non-fat milk to have some protein with it. For my veggies juices I have many.. but u may enjoy this one is 1 cucumber, 4 celery stalks, 2 apples, 6-8 kale leaves, 1/2 lemon, and 1" ginger.. check out this web site is where I get my inspirations www.rebootwithjoe.com ♥

One that I made up one my own is homemade ginger ale.
I like at least 1" of ginger
1/2 lemon
1 apple
Fill the rest of the glass with mineral water

It's a good idea from the health and fitness point of view.

I also does this...

I mostly take apple, orange or grapefruit juices in my every morning for getting good deal of energy, vitamins, mineral, and nutrition.
