Well I try to have a massive healthy breakfast every morning so I dnt eat heaps through out the day but I am running out of ideas so I was wondering is anyone has any

I like Museli! I take 1/4 cup oats 1/4 cup almond milk & 2 tablespoons greek yogart. Let it sit overnight & in the morning add a little milk to adjust thickness then add fruits/dried fruits & nuts!

I eat ceral with a.banana or starwberries and some times oat meal with raisins.

I have toast with a reduced sugar jam quite often too.
