How healthy is peanut butter?

I feel like this is an obvious question, but I'm actually not so sure how healthy peanut butter is...haha

I know it has a lot of protein, but a lot of fat.

The fats in nut butters will always be hogh but theu are good fats specially if u are active. Peanuts have a high mold aspect that makes them least likely to succeed in the healthy nut butters. But try almond butter or better yet my fav. Sunbutter made of sunflowerseeds. If u absolutely must on the peanut butter there os one called Valencia peanut butter that is doable. Hope this helps. Slice granny smith apples in thin circleslike a bagel for breakfast and nut butter deeeelishh

Like anything its good for you in small amounts. It has protein and good fats in it. Try it on celery and its really great if you can add local organic honey to it.

Try to stick it all natural peanut butter... also try to almond butter:)

2 tablespoons of peanut butter is 200 calories U could have 6 Egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat bread and a 8 ounce glass of orange juice for the same 200 calories but u get to eat more.
