Like anything its good for you in small amounts. It has protein and good fats in it. Try it on celery and its really great if you can add local organic honey to it.
Try to stick it all natural peanut butter... also try to almond butter:)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter is 200 calories U could have 6 Egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat bread and a 8 ounce glass of orange juice for the same 200 calories but u get to eat more.
