Magnesium supplements are really good. Magnesium works hand-in-hand with calcium, making your bones stronger. To help your joints, make sure you get a really good warm-up before exercising. The warm-up needs to move your joints without applying much pressure (I.e. sitting on a chair and bending your knees repeatedly).

Thanks! Keep the suggestions coming. I drink lots of water all day long. I drink milk in the morning. I'll try some of these suggestions

Eat more calcium based foods for getting stronger, bones, joints, and teeth.

You should take more milk, yogurt, cheese, citrus fruits, fish , fish oil, and olive oil in your diet  to get a better food for the bones, joints, and teeth.
