I WANT and need to eat better but have no idea where to start or what to eat. I would love a diet plan or an app to tell me week to week on what to eat whereshould I start?!!?!

Depends on your goals, body type ect. First things first try eating single ingredient foods. This means drop processed foods. I am an MMA fighter so my diet and a runners diet totally different. More info and I can elaborate for you. Train Hard Fight Smart.
