Just a word of caution however. You probably should look carefully at sources of calcium and vitamin B12. Vegans can become deficient in these and may need to take supplements (not a problem for vegetarians as dairy is full of these!)
Wow! I wish I could go Vegan! I really want to but I feel like it would be hard for me! And I live with my family...so temptation is strong.

Vegans r cool in my book! Personally, I still eat poultry nd seafood, along with fruits nd vegetables nd other all natural foods.
