Make sure you're eating at least 5 times a day. Know your BMR (the amount of calories needed to achieve your goal whether weight loss ir gain). Keep away from processed stuff. Keep your antioxidants intake up. Keep pushing!

How can you determine how many calories are right? I am afraid that I will eat too much or not enough. I am eating 5 small meals a day

There is a formula and websites that can calculate that for you. bmi-calculator.net has many good calculations even a way to determine body fat.

Thanks. Imma have to check out that website... Had no idea there was something like that. (Though I should have known since you can find anything online now a days)
