Make sure you're eating at least 5 times a day. Know your BMR (the amount of calories needed to achieve your goal whether weight loss ir gain). Keep away from processed stuff. Keep your antioxidants intake up. Keep pushing! 😉

How can you determine how many calories are right? I am afraid that I will eat too much or not enough. I am eating 5 small meals a day

There is a formula and websites that can calculate that for you. bmi-calculator.net has many good calculations even a way to determine body fat.

Thanks. Imma have to check out that website... Had no idea there was something like that. (Though I should have known since you can find anything online now a days)
