Sometimes the hunger feeling is dehydration, so drink plenty of liquid and a fruit ^_^

Drink some whey protein it is loaded with bcaa and healthy and it will keep you full longer! you can add caesin to it as well

So happy you said it. I have the same chronic problem. Never feel that hungry around dinner but around 10 pm, I'm ready for a meal. I've tried eating breakfast, drinking something hot, going to bed earlier. But after a small snack at night, I'm fine. Help!

I keep oranges handy.  They tend to make the tummy feel full.  I also like the herbal tea idea, but kinda wondering how that will turn out when bleary-eyed!

yes if u are tired..(i had a hamstring strain once cuz i workout after i've been out all day & sleepy.. ) but mostly no. working out doesnt have a specific time, as long as you fule up..warm up..& stretch properly, then, u r good to go!!
