Im feeling really weak. I did the workout today, and felt like giving up every minute.
It might be because of my poor diet. What should i eat that wont cost me a lot of money, but is will give me energy?

Beets or beet juice nasty stuff but great natural energy. Im always on the go no time for big meals so I really love cliff bars and beet juice and of course protein shakes
I'm insane about clif bars and Greek yogurt with granola or nuts. Great for energy and my organic section at the grocery had sales on both. Healthy and reasonable. Good luck!
