Metabolism Boosting Juices.. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I am looking for some juice recipes for breakfast that can help boost metabolism or loose weight. Good taste is not high priority, nutrition and metabolism are the top concerns.

Throw some habenero peppers in and kick it up a notch! Dark greens such as kale and spinach are a great source of nutrition.
