Hey, so I have been trying to get in better shape (I'm already really skinny and don't weight a lot) and I'm trying to eat better so if anyone has some cool and yummy HEALTHY recipes feel free to post them :) or some good vegan recipes cause I'm thinking of trying to go vegan, probably won't work but it doesn't hurt to try 😺
P.s. nothing with fish. It makes me sick and it's gross😝

Veggie burgers are a good choice. Boca is a brand that's pretty good.

Hi im a vegetarian and one of my fav things to make is a spinach, potato, and mushroom dish. I cook the spinach and potato and fry the mushrooms in some olive oil, then i mash the potato and and mix it with the mushrooms and spinach. Cheese is optional

There are some good healthy recipes on the blogilates website.  Also, pulses are great to get protein if you're trying vegan food. I love them mashed up to make bean burgers, in curries or in as bakes (usually in a spicy tomato sauce with lots of veggies)
