One tip that I can share is detoxifying with the help of sea salt.

One glass of warm water with sea salt will detoxify you. Just heat a glass of water add sea salt and have it while its warm. Lie down on your right side for half an hour and then enjoy the after effects.

This will truly cleanse you.

Take flax seed oil for omega3 &6 which is essential for body to detoxinfy
