I do a circuit of 12 squats , 12 lunges (each leg) , 10 leg lifts( each leg) , 10
push ups , and 20 crunches. That's one set . I get on the tredmill for 5 min and do the whole thing 2 more times . Omg by the last set your gonna be dead ! But it feels good. Look up goblet squats on youtube (these are no joke ) and try putting the tredmill on incline. I hope this helps! Im obbsessed with getting more curvs so im always trying to find ways to get there.
