Eating before bed - usually you hear people say not to eat midnight snack, well I'll tell you why it's true. Our bodies metabolism for 3 hours aiding the digestive process and then after 3 hours everything else turns to fat. So when we sleep our body's metabolism shuts down as well. And the food you ate just sits there turning in fat.

Eating 5 times a day is good? - No, it's great depending on what you eat! Like I said earlier our body metabolism works for 3 hours after we eat then turns everything else to fat. Well, if you eat in between big meals your metabolism has less time to turn it into fat.
