Eating before bed - usually you hear people say not to eat midnight snack, well I'll tell you why it's true. Our bodies metabolism for 3 hours aiding the digestive process and then after 3 hours everything else turns to fat. So when we sleep our body's metabolism shuts down as well. And the food you ate just sits there turning in fat.

Eating 5 times a day is good? - No, it's great depending on what you eat! Like I said earlier our body metabolism works for 3 hours after we eat then turns everything else to fat. Well, if you eat in between big meals your metabolism has less time to turn it into fat. I'M NOT SAYING eat a big meal in between breakfast and lunch but a small healthy snack like raisins or walnuts or seasonal fruit contains
