Do you eat rice, bread, crackers after your workout?

I eat 1 and a half rice after my workout, is it a good way or not for having an abs .

Well frm wat ove learned n my health n wellness, was tht anything u eat thts white dnt eat it, cuz it has gluten n it,,, not good for u, stick wit all whole wheat foods

Bread is fine. Stay away from that bread about 3 hours before you go to bed. The bread absorbs all liquids in your stomach and expands to the shape of your stomach. (Causes cramps) I recommend whole grain or whole wheat.
