Hey hannah, yep i avoid all of it cuz i knw tht its processed n bad for me so i jus naturally leave it alone , i might get a subway sandwhich or jimmyjohns sandwhich every now n thn

Oh okay cool, yeah I was thinking subway would be fine but it is just like the super greasy places.. McDonald's, Carl's jr, DQ.. Etc thanks though!!

So I haven't had fast food in awhile, I don't really keep track.. It has probably been a few weeks I not more. But today I was in a rush and didnt have time so I got Dairy Queen. And I don't have a problem get fast food every once in awhile. But tonight I got sick.. Literally. So it makes me wonder if my stomach has gotten used to not eating greasy food or what..? Should I just avoid fast food altogether? This has happened in the past as well.. At least 3 other times. Help please?!

I thnk ur stomach got used to the fact that u dnt eat fast food anymore for a while, im the same way i havent had mcdonalds in over 2 yrs, i jus dnt want tht processed food
