Skinny guy trying to gain muscle

Hello, I have been interested in gaining muscle in my arms. I'm 15 years old, 5'4" and weigh 100 lbs. I eat a lot of junk food and never gain any weight. I am basically a stick, and I wanna change that. I'm interested in buying whey protein, and do push ups and other workouts like that because I can't afford a gym. What work outs can I do and what diet should I follow and is whey protein good for me? If so how do I use it? Another thing, will pull ups work?

Push ups and pull ups both will work ...instead of taking powder can eat eggs,Boiled eggs  (only the white layer ) and will get mass ...and eat egg a lot like 5 to 7 minimum/day will surely help you ...

If you're eating 5 eggs a day make sure to remove the yolks

Alright man I was in te exact situation that you were when I was In highschool. I ate alot of junk good and I was always skinny. Now I'm 20 with the perfect amount of muscle mass and I love it. For a beginner like you whey protein is perfect. Try consuming about 23-28 grams per serving (the label will tell you how much you will intake) any more than that will only store as fat which is not what you want. You need about one gram of protein per one pound of body weight. So if you weigh 120 you need 120 grams of protein per day. Try taking 2-3 servings of the protein  per day and the rest eat foods high in protein. (Eggs,chicken,tuna,nuts,peanut butter etc) for workouts search them up. I started working out doing p90x so just look around and ask questions. With only hard work and dedication will you get the results you want. Hope I helped and good luck.

Is anyone having more fats on stomach& less on upper part...what to do for burning stomach fats & to grow on forarms, biceps & chest muscle?...please suggest
