I dnt know what are the easy food that will help lose weight in considering that theres exercise and if there are any supplements that i can take to help burn fat when exercising...

Can anyone help me

What is an average day of food for you? If you're looking to lose weight, minimize your carbohydrates... Not sure what you are eating now, but the key to cutting weight is cutting out all sugars and starches... Depending on how fast you want to lose weight depends on how many sugars and starches you eat. You see, sugars and starches raise the insulin level which automatically stores those sugars and starches as FAT! When you do eat carbs, make sure you are consuming a protein along with it to help minimize fat storage! Best wishes on your journey!

I have 7-9 weetbix and for lunch i'll have a protein bar and a coffee and for dinner i'll have anything and another coffee
