Feel sick HELP

Ate some chocolate covered raisins (4 handfuls) and feel sick. How do I get rid of this feeling?

Sparkling water and oolong tea usually do the trick for me.

Some people just have intolerances toward food. My mother gets really sick when she eats wheat, and beef in large quantities makes me sick. It may not be the raisins that make you sick, it may be the chocolate.

No I eat a lot of chocolate without getting sick. I guess it is raisins. I never liked them...

Perhaps the amount of fiber in the raisins upsets your stomach. Just do not eat so many raisins in one sitting.

I eat them because I need iron. I'm anemic. Oh well. At least anemia helps me lose weight...
