Rice diet.

I am from the Philippines and our staple food here is rice. I just wanna know your advice on what meals I can eat with rice that will help lose weight.

I also wanna know the proper amount of rice that I can include in this diet. Help me please! Your comments will be appreciated. :)

You'd better avoid the oily dishes / fried dishes because they contain more fats. You can try more vegetables also. I suggest that you eat rice as usual, except at night. Try to take only 2-3 tablespoons of rice, don't take too much :)

Hello fellow pinay! How old are you? Based sa ginagawa ko kasi, nagstop ako ng white rice and substitute ko ay complex carbs. Kung mag white rice ka man, mag 1 cup per meal ka or half cup tapos avoid oily, salty foods. Try eat variety foods. For example fish plus veggies plus rice.. Hope that helps you! :)
