What are your post-workout food?

The best foods is :

-bread and some jam without sugar!
-white\greece yogurt with cereals (fitness )
-200 ml milk with 30 gr bread

i had a spinach chicken salad after the gym yesterday. sooo good. if i cant get my hands on that, i usually have some greek yogurt with fruit
