I'm sure you've seen these meme all over the place, but fact of the matter is its true. You diet is the key factor to the six pack. Example you workout hard as you can, but eat McDonald's everyday. You basically are back at square one or in most case far negative. Food is a big factor in the result process because depending on what you eat, it'll help or hinder your progress. Hope this helps a bit.
