Rise? Massed potatoes. Meal replacement Shake.
Few suggestions there :)
You just need to eat more carbs after your workout. So you get your protein, your vitamins. Maybe a little bit of healthy fats. And Then you take a ekstra portion of carbs. Like massed potatoes or rise. And Then you eat till you cant eat more (so when your full keep eating) if you Dont gain weight eat more carbs whenever you can. If you gain to much just Cut Down a little bit :)
