Hmmm... I usually don't follow a diet in lunch or dinner. Lol.
I eat salty breakfast, decent lunch - soup or salad and the main course, light dinner - a salad with some lean meat or fish. I do not eat any bread, though pasta is fine. Throughout the day I drink water and green tea. I enjoy a cookie or a chocolate with it.
Complex carbs and fiber rich foods... ei; veggies and fruits with skin, brown rice, whole grains
