I eat salty breakfast, decent lunch - soup or salad and the main course,  light dinner - a salad with some lean meat or fish.  I do not eat any bread,  though pasta is fine. Throughout the day I drink water and green tea. I enjoy a cookie or a chocolate with it.

- whole wheat or whole grain Bread
-whole grain pasta
-fruits like apples, pears, oranges, or tomatoes
-veggies (raw is better for you) such as peppers, mushrooms, celery, and avacado (mashed up with whole grain tortilla chips)
-sometimes when you think you're hungry, you're actually just thirsty, do try drinking water first!

DON'T DRINK CARBONATED DRINKS, SOFT DRINKS, OR ANYTHING SUGARY

drinks like the following are great:
-water
-green tea
-fruit tea
-peppermint tea
-chammomile tea
-herbal teas

Diet soda is VERY bad for you. Although it has 0 to little calories, the sugar levels are high and make you fat.

Diet soda contains no sugar. If it did, it would not contain zero calories. It contains artificial sweetner, which is much worse for you than sugar.
