So I've downloaded this app to help me count calories. It's great, it helps me see where I need to adjust my diet- where I'm lacking etc. my problem now is if it's telling me to eat 1200 calories a day.. And finally I do BUT if I burn 300 on a workout am I supposed to eat 300 more to keep an intake level at 1200? Even to lose weight?
