So... I got this today its Vi-shape shake mix. It tastes really good. It says to replace 2 meals with this and eat 1 healthy meal.... What's your take with protein shakes? Good? Bad? Lmk

I bought a four pack of the Special K protein shake, it was shockingly good. I plan to to get more. Where did you get yours at?
