What do you crave after working out and what do you choose to eat,do you keep it healthy or do you eat anything you desire?

I sometimes have cheat meals yea but I read a few post on here and they say a cheat meal is easier to work off the a cheat day of unclean food

Stephen.thats true but i have to admit i always cheat and the ecxuse i found was the fact that i didn't need to loose weight(and im not even an ectomorph)lol.but now i have new reasons to eat healthy so im trying to limit my cheats wish me luck ^ ^

My post workout snack usually includes Greek yogurt :) calcium, protein, and potassium? Heck yep!
