My breakfast every morning is two large eggs, 1/4 cup of oatmeal with water, and a banana. Doesn't sound like much but usually fills me up. If I'm really hungry I'll make a thin whole wheat bagel to go with it.
2 or 3 slices of bread with cottage cheese. Sometimes i eat a pancake of oatmeal with whey.
I have half a glass of orange juice, a bowl of strawberry joghurt with 2 tbsp of fruit and nut granola and chia seeds and 1 tsp of flax oil. Very tasty and fills me up
