I'm just getting back into working out and did legs two days ago and still can't walk up stairs without cursing lol does anyone have any supplements or foods they prefer after a good workout? Mind you I'm trying to gain muscle weight. Thanks in advance -Tommy

Try using a foam roller to release the tightness and soreness. Irs where pleasure meets pain!

Protein protein protein, as well as eating the right amount of complex carbohydrates.

Like others said never forget to stretch
