I'm 20 years old and roughly 5'10". In high school I weighed about 160 as a linebacker. I didn't eat any more than I do now and was a lot more active then compared to now. I have abnormal strength for a 125 lb male from being heavier and toning down but because of this my body injures itself easily. Any natural tips or key foods to eat to help this? I already eat a lot of noodles and bread, potatoes, peanut butter, and even started eating unhealthy foods in a desperate attempt to gain even a lb. I miss how I felt when playing football and training taekwondo. Trying to get body and mind back in shape. Please help?
