What i have to eat????

Am 174cm & 61kg and my target is to bulid mucles , I have been working out hard but I dont know wht should I eat to achive my target so can anybody help me by telling me wht should I eat ???

If your goal is to gain muscle eat lots of white meat like tuna, turkey, and chicken. Stay away from carbs like potatoes and bread and you'll start toning up and see your muscles much quicker. And don't forget your veggies!! Kale and spinach is your best bet
