I need help regarding low carb eating...
I have read somewhere that a low carb diet is good to reduce weight...
I usually have alot of carbs in a day...
Like bread n all... And i wanna stop it..
And the place where i live its sort of hard to find brown rice..i try to hve brown bread tho...
But i see that still evrything addsup alot of carb...
I need help like on what i can eat foods that r low in carb... In terms of snacks...
I try having carbs bfr my workout tho...but still its nt enough..
Plzz can someone help me??

Just something to keep in mind per gram carbs only contain 16kj of energy compared to proteins with 17 and fatsĀ  with 37kj per gram however carbs turn to fat if not used which is the problem. So maybe reduce your carb intake a little bit replacing themĀ  with proteins like fish or chicken in a green leafy salad instead of a sandwich or pasta
