Description

Meant to build muscle fast and meant to gain so toning wont be too shown if this eork out is done but it will help build inches with time. Each excersise is given one minute to be completed and sets must be done in superset format. Do 8-6-4 reps per set. So first set is 8. Second is 6 and so forth. Time left over is rest time or pause wrkout for more rest time if needed.
