Description

These are exercises to build the chest muscles. Equipment needed are dumbbells and a yoga ball. These can also be done at a gym using the equipment there. IMPORTANT TO KNOW WOMEN......TO KEEP YOUR BOOBS ALWAYS GO AS SLOW AS YOU CAN AND USE THE HEAVIEST WEIGHT YOU CAN. Too burn fat (boobs are mostly fat) you will use a light weight and do lots of fast reps.
