Description

Here is a full body workout with a little cardio sprinkled in to get you going! This workout will get the blood flowing and the metabolism revved up, so there will be no sleepy drivers on this road trip. All you need for this one is some wall space. If you do not have a wall, you can use the side of your trusty vehicle, just make sure it's in "Park" :)
