Description

28 Day Shred - Day 21 This circuit is going to be pretty challenging. So make sure that you select a weight that you will be able to maintain throughout the session. Don’t be to concerned if it is a very light weight. The rest in between sets should be 1 minute. Take longer if you need. THIS IS A TOUGH ONE!!
