Description

The goal here is to perform each exercise with maximum force in short bursts of time, so keep reps low and the intensity high. Plyo doesn’t mean it’s only jumps... plyo means “muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).” So side kicks goal is to use maximum force in the short amount of time of 15 sec.. so goal is quick speed..
