Description

Meditative asana practice for intense hip opening & balancing, lower back flexibility & shoulder mobility. Organs & Meridians healing: liver*kidney*stomach*spleen*gall bladder*urinary bladder . This sequence is classified as intense due to its prolonged asana holds and their difficulty level. It is important to breathe into the poses. I recommend to use blocks for those with less flexibility.
