Men's Locker Room / Eating Disorder

If you starve yourself and then stop your body will do a rebound and you will gain all the weight you lost and add extra weight, so definitely do not starve yourself . Eat as much as you want but excercise properly and hard, you might be doing this because of depression  try to stay happy. Today I felt really sad so I kept on eating and now I feel guilty but tmrw ill start fresh new, you should do the same
