Max, its got nothing to do with weight watchers. The points on skimble are purely for motivation, both of you and others. The points are awarded in accordance with what degree of difficulty the workouts are that you do. The more intense (instead of moderate or casual), and the longer they are, the more points you get awarded. You can challenge yourself , for example, by trying to get 1000 points a month. You can have comps with friends, to try to be the first one to teach 2000, , etc. On the website, you can also get ranked in points order, for that month, and find out how you stand, and , also , how you stand out of the whole Skimble community. So, you can use the points as a real inspirational tool. Go and get them mate, have held of fun working out and enjoy earning your points.
