Motivation & Support / Any Noom Weightloss Coach Users?

Another thing I would like to add my tip list is not to punishing yourself.

Even you stick to your diet and do regular exercises, you may gain weight for a couple of days. There are thousands of reasons for this to happen, such as drinking extra water, digestion problems, hormonal changes, sickness, etc... if this happens, and beleive me it happens, stick to your original plan and dont push your body beyond its limits by eating so less or exercising so much.
